2018 Evaluations

Raffle ticket pick-up and evaluations for our Valpo Americans players will take place on Saturday, February 24th in the Valpo High School Fieldhouse. Evaluations take place to rank players abilities so that during the drafting process , the teams are more likely to be equally distributed with talent. Please enter at Door 5 at the designated time below.

There are NO Instructional division (t-ball) evaluations, however raffle tickets need to be picked up between 12:00 - 5:30!

12:00 - 12:30 Check-in for Majors and Minors Last names A-M
12:30 - 1:30 Evaluation time for Majors and Minors Last names A-M

1:00 -1:30 Check-in for Majors and Minors Last names N-Z
1:30 - 2:30 Evaluation time for Majors and Minors Last names N-Z

2:30- 3:00 Check-in Rookies Last names A-M
3:00 - 4:00 Evaluation for Rookies A-M

3:30- 4:00 Check-in for Rookies Last names N-Z
4:00 - 5:00 Evaluation time for Rookies N-Z

5:00- 5:30 Check-in for all Juniors and Seniors
5:30 - 6:30 Evaluation for Juniors and Seniors

Again, there are NO Instructional division (t-ball) evaluations.

Please note:

  • Check in begins 30 minutes BEFORE your player's scheduled evaluation time.
  • All payments should be made on 2/24/18 upon check-in. If unavailable or if final payments cannot be made, please contact Cassidee Jacobsen (219) 575-9566 prior to evaluation day.
  • Uniforms will not be distributed to any players with unpaid account balances or fees.
  • If you are unable to pickup raffle tickets on this date, arrangements must be made with Jamie Henry (219) 508-9753 prior to March 1st or your raffle tickets will not be entered into the raffle drawing.
